Suggest Remedy For Recurring Headaches With Blurry Vision

I have really bad headaches most of the time and sometimes i see very "blurry". I have also back pains but this is only when making an effort, lifting something (whish is not too heavy anyway) or even cleaning around the house. Back pain I can manage, but headaches dont stop untill taking nurofen.
I have had different kind of treatments for the headaches, but didnt really work.
What should i do?
