Suggest Remedy For Recurring Heart Palpitations While On Anti Depressants

I'm a 33 year old male, overweight. I was born with a vsd . for the last 3 weeks I've been having heart palpitations. not every day, maybe every other. happens frequently through the day, every 5-10 min. I am on propranolol and anti depressants for anxiety. its kind of freaking me out. I don't currently have insurance what to do?
