Suggest Remedy For Recurring Itchy Spots On Waistband

I have spots on my waistband that are itchy and bounces back and forth all around never all at the same time and doesn't spread anywhere but my waistband.it doesn't get all the time and it's not really a rash it you don't even say anything until I what could this be I fish a lot
