Suggest Remedy For Recurring Pain And Swelling In Knee

I have a bad knee. Before leaving on vacation my doctor removed liquid and gave me a cortioizon shot That was almost two months ago. I have a flare up and my knee is swollen ang the pain is unbearable I went to a Urgent Care facility, they x-rayed it and told me it is arthritis. They put an elastic bandage on my knee and prescribed Tramadol. Previously I was diagnosed as having Gout before my trip. I am still in pain Should I go to the emergeny hospital I am in Mesa AZ
