Suggest Remedy For Recurring, Painful Boil In Groin, Dry Lips And Ringworm On Thigh

I have a really bad headache, I almost feel like I have a cold without the runny nose or sore throat, my spine in my neck hurts as well as shoulders. I also have a recurring boil in my groin that drained and has scabbed but still really hurts and is still raised. I feel dehydrated with dry lips. I also have what looks like a ringworm on my inner thigh with a massive bruise above it.
