Suggest Remedy For Recurring Small, Itchy Bumps Around Elbows

I have small bumps on and around my elbows that appear slowly and go away slowly. They last about three weeks and begin to itch eventually snd can turn pink from skin color. They appear when they feel like it. Has been going on as same cor a year or two
