Suggest Remedy For Recurring Swollen Toes On Right Foot

Yes, right now I am suffering with a swollen group of toes on the right foot..Have had similiar problems in the past year, such as a hip pain like siactica , spelled wrong but also in the past year a pain in the toes of my left foot with swollen area like gout ..tried low purine diet , Have a rate of #8 and considered high acid last year so tried allupurinol and broke out in a rash so had to discontinue it ...since just loads of cherries, akaline diet ...only small portions of meat, no beef, mostly fish..and now this problem .
