Suggest Remedy For Recurring Thrush

i have thrush again!

since the start of this year this is my third time, the first time i took a tablet which didnt work so i took a cream which worked, then it came back again, and i used the cream again which worked, now i have it again and the pain is killing me!

i havent seen a doctor yet, but im going soon,

please help im sick of getting it!
