Suggest Remedy For Recurring Urinary Track Infection

I am suffering from recurring urinary track infection. Sometimes my prostrate is also infected causing bleeding with urine with severe pain ,high fever. After USG and cystoscopy found prostrate is normal surgeon carried out BND. Now I am ok , kindly advice me
