Suggest Remedy For Red And Flaky Skin

Actually every time after waxing few parts of my skin turns red and from sides flakey then after a day or two it turns brown and i'm using a cream recomended by my doc. It's helpfull my brown spots are lighter then it was before but its not fully gone do you have any solution for my problem?
