Suggest Remedy For Red And Hot Area At Tetnus Injection Shot

I had a tetnus shot on Tuesday afternoon. I'm a 52 yr old female and the area around the injection site is red,hot and hard. I've been icing it and tonight I noticed what I believe to be a swollen lymph move approx 1 inch above my left collar bone
