Suggest Remedy For Red Blobs/rashes On Nose

I have a couple of raised red 'blobs' together on the side of my nose, about where your sunglasses would sit, even though I have the ones that don't have separate 'nose' pieces, if you know what I mean. They don't hurt. There's actually a smaller one the other side too but these are more recent and larger and are bothering me a bit. There's no 'head' or anything. Is there anything to make them go away. I'm very fair with light eyes so not putting cream or glasses on isn't really an option.
