Suggest Remedy For Red Bloody Spots On Torso

I have little red cuts on lower right of torso (cuts size of one the computer keyboard symbols) along with slight pink line and one small red dot along it on other side? - They are random and come and go. They are bloody though, i can feel the dried blood.
