Suggest Remedy For Red Blotches On The Body

I woke up with red blotches all over my body, they are not itchy, they do not hurt, they are not painful, but I'm nervous as to what they can be. I've reseached bed bug bites and they don't look like what I have, I researched eksema and that doesn't look like it. I haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary.
