Suggest Remedy For Red Blotches On Thigh Suggest

2 or 3 weeks ago i noticed a few pink/red hardly raised non-itchy red spots/blotches on my thighs. since then i have noticed more on my arms and abdomen but the growth in number has not been huge. however they are not going away and i cannot work out what is causing it since i have not recently changed my diet, soap, etc
