Suggest Remedy For Red Blotchy Rashes On Legs In Infants

My 22 month old son has had a constant red blotchy rash for a number of weeks now. The rash appears on his lower stomach and buttocks moving down to his legs. The rash comes and goes and the level of intensity changes at its worst it moves to his arms and face as well. It causes him no discomfort however it now causes us concern as it has not cleared up.
