Suggest Remedy For Red Blotchy Skin On Both Side Of Nose

Hi: My son who is 16 has red blotchy skin at both sides of his nose and it seems to be getting redder. He was using a cleanser and moisturiser I think it is Aveeno it seemed to reduce the redness but it is as bad as ever now. I was wondering if there was a cream he could get or visit a doctor? Thanks
