Suggest Remedy For Red Boil On The Top Of Eye

hello!.im 13 year old,i don't know if this is a boil,because this is not painful in first,but after 1 week this become bigger and red.this is in the top of my eye. i don't know why this is not healing even after 2 week..please help me!..what should i do?.
