Suggest Remedy For Red Bumps On The Butt Cheeks

I have had a few tiny red bumps on the inside of my butt cheeks for about 3 months now. They arent painful. But theyre red like a pimple. I tried to pop them once but I couldnt. Then I stuck the tip of a needle in one to see if itd pop, and all there was, was good amount of blood. Not gushing. But noticeable enough to know it was from that bump. They dont itch and arent really irritating. But its very very embarressing. Any way I can get rid of them or do you know what they are :(
