Suggest Remedy For Red Bumps On The Lower Back

i have been peeling on my breasts and my lower back for a couple days now. and today I just realized I have a bunch of red bumps in one spot on my butt/lower back but no where else. I went and spray tanned last week. Could that have anything to do with it? What does it mean?
