Suggest Remedy For Red Bumps On Waist

I visited Cuba two weeks ago. Now I have raised red bumps with dark centre on my left waist above my jean line and centre of my back pretty much in the same area. They are itchy but I do not see any pus or oozing. They are clumped in a small area the size of a two one. Now I have a new site on my side above the initial site.
