Suggest Remedy For Red Hard Bump On The Lips Post A Bout Of Cold

I am currently recovering from a cold and with the cold weather it made my lips chapped and split..but one split decided to turn into a raised red hard lump with a big hole in the center. ...it kinda hurts and feela numb from swelling..what could it be and how do i make it go away?
