Suggest Remedy For Red Itchy Bumps

I have been running a low grade fever for about a month now with a slight sore throat... on and off. I have been on 2 rounds of antibiotics but when i end them i begin to feel bad again. Now my back is sore like my muscles and my head is tender. I have these red itchy bumps that are coming up around joints such as my knees ankles toes fingers. They are hot to the touch and itch like crazy. I am a male and 32 years old in great health until this started.
