Suggest Remedy For Red Patches On Skin

hello ,m 28 yrs old female and from last 2 months i have been suffering from red patches on my skin..when shown to doctor he said m suffering from chronic urticaria for which m given some antihistamine tablets and said it will take 5-6 moths to be okay.. when searched on net then came to know it may take 6 moths or even years to get rid of this disease ..and i want to heal asap ..Pls suggest what to do ..as i want to marry now..
