Suggest Remedy For Red Pimples On Genital Area

for many month s i have been getting red loarge pimples on my private area and my wife is getting them too now.we are around 40 years old and have never had this problem before they take a while to go away and cause much discomfort unfortunately we both do not have health insurance right now we both have talked and agree that we are true to each other can you help? they also have oozed out white liquid.
