Suggest Remedy For Red Scratches Caused By Marker Pen

Hi, My friends drew on me in wasable marker and i left it on for over two days. i noticed red (viens?) on my arm around the marker. I washed all the marker off but the red is still there. its kind of like scatered red lines ad dots. do i have marker poioning?
