Suggest Remedy For Red Sores On Skin

hi I have used warticon cream and it appears to have work, however I have got some on unaffected areas which is now sore, red and looks to be slowely taking a layer of flesh away, is there anything I can do to stop the burnin pain and prevent the skin in this unaffected area deterierating
