Suggest Remedy For Red Spots & Dry Skin On Feet

I have been having a lot of problems with my feet for over a year now. I have red spots around the edge of the sole of both of my feet and dry skin that I itch until it bleeds at times. I recieved some foot cream from my doctor but it only made it worse. Do you have any idea of what it could be or how i can solve it?
