Suggest Remedy For Red Spots On Arms

Doctor off late i have observed that am getting red spots on my arms and one spot which is for last 5 yrs have become big and it has become like a clot and it has started giving me pain. Kindly let me know the reasons for this and also remedial measures which need to be taken.
