Suggest Remedy For Red Spots On Hands And Legs

Hi sir, my wife has getting some red sports in her legs and hands after some days it become black spots and spreading and taking more days to clear that spots its coming mostly on winter season and its very pain fully and itchy she had already took lot of treatment more than eight years still remains same we have taken from dramatalogy and some from sidda but nothing change still suffering more on every cold seasons. Kindly advice.thanks note her age 39.
