Suggest Remedy For Red Spots On Shin

My daughter has a small red spot, about a few mm round, it has been there for quite a number of weeks, my daughter is 10 and has had past history of ecesma. I have had anti fungal cream from my gp as they thought it was a bite of some sort, but as i said the red spot is still there, it doesn't itch, there is no inflammation around the area other than some dry areas which have appeared over the last few days.The spot is on the lower leg/shin area.
