Suggest Remedy For Red Spots On The Skin

what could red dots on my skin mean? i never had it before but started noticing them a few days ago. the only change i've had in the past few months are taking birth control. the dots do not itch or hurt. they're just red dots under my skin that goes away as i apply pressure. they're on my hand and arms.
