Suggest Remedy For Red Spots On Upper Arms And Thighs

I have red blotches all over my upper arms and front of my thighs to my knees. I don t seem to have any other symptoms. Have had these for 2 days now, they are very ugly looking. More like a honeycomb pattern on arms but more blotchy thighs and knees. What is this and how do I get rid of it? I am a 38 year old woman with no health issues.
