Suggest Remedy For Red Swelling Due To Bug Bite

Igot bitten by some bug a few days ago. the first day it stung after the initial bite and then got red. then over night ittirned red hot and swollen. nice then it has now turned purple in the middle and bubbley, but not pushing. I am in Cambodia and just got hydrocortisone for the itching. hat should I do?
