I'm a 79 year old, 6'1", 250 lb. white male who, except for a painful arthritic knee and torn rotator cuffs, is in good health.
In recent months,however, I've experienced a bothersome, on-and-off "jock itch" for which anti-fungal creams, sprays or powders haven't been much help and, in fact, have caused burning, itching, bleeding and what appears to be a tender red ulcer on the under side of my scrotum.
