Suggest Remedy For Reddish Keloids On Chest

My mother, 82Years, 5' height, 55kg. has keloid on the chest and back for the past 30years. At present it is reddish and she suffers from severe itching and sometimes pain on both sides of the chest. She has consulted several doctors but they say that there is no treatment. Kindly advice if she can get some relief and even if there is some medicine. Regards
