Suggest Remedy For Reddish Marks On The Face Post A Chemical Peel

I got a chemical peel on my face a few days ago. I started peeling yesterday, and thought to use the gel from an aloe leaf to put on the exposed raw skin. When I woke up this morning, those areas of my face are stained red/ purple. I ve washed my face & nothing. Did I permanently stain my new skin? Did aloe react with ingredient in the peel or that I use retin-a...not in last week.
