Suggest Remedy For Reddish Skin Rash On Legs

Hi I am having an skin infection on my legs.. I don t know what it is but very painfull.. I went to walk-in but there also doctor don t know what it is.... I went to skin specialist, they are also confused ans said maybe it s due to waxing or shaving but i don t do that stuff..i have red dot likes rashes on my legs. Please help me what should i do ?
