Suggest Remedy For Reddish Sores On Skin

um yes my five year old son has something wrong with both of his hands. on the top of his right hand there are sores and the skin feels like sand paper and is a redish color and kinda looks like it is turning black and the same on the top of the left hand minus the sores. what do i need to do?
