Suggest Remedy For Redness And Irritation On The Head Of Penis

About 3 weeks ago I noticed a red irritation on the head of my penis. I thought it may have been a burn from being too rough so I didn’t do anything about it besides make sure to keep clean and dry. I bought vented boxers which make you dry when you sweat. After wearing them for a few days I noticed a heat in my testicles or I guess on my scrotum. At this time I also noticed I was not getting erections at all. I went on vacation and went in a pool. After another day or two my scrotum was on fire itching and burning. I thought it was jock itch so I bought lotrimin ultra and used it on my testicles. I also bought irish spring soap so if it was contagious my girlfriend would not be using the same soap. I guess the lotrimin worked because the burning has gone away for the most part. However I noticed cracking on my penis and on the prominent vein. The vein became red and hurt and im not sure but it may have been leaking. After a few days im pretty sure it sealed. I also seem to be seeing more of it going down. I have weak erections in the morning that go away pretty quickly. I also noticed a new redness on the left side where there appears to be a vein. I have seen 1 doctor and 1 urologist neither of which thought it was a big deal. One told me to use cortisone 10. I am convinced this is vascular and not an irritation issue. To me something is going on with my veins and blood flow. Am I crazy?
