Suggest Remedy For Redness And Swelling On Face

I am very dumb and just popped all my pimples. I need to get a clear face Rey fast and now that I popped my zits my face i getting red, swollen and more zits are appearing. I use hydrogen peroxide, polysporin, face wash etc. none of them work fast enough or effectively! Please help me I really wanna clear up my face again
