Suggest Remedy For Redness Of The Facial Skin Post Retinol Application

Hi, I applied Retinol on my face after microdermabrasion. The doctor did not told me I can t do this. ( Now my skin is red and flake alot. What will happen because I did this? Will the redness will go away? Will my skin back to normal color? I m really scary ((((((( Will I back to normal color skin or it will give me hyper pigmentations? (( Thank you, Lucy
