Suggest Remedy For Redness Under Neck After Bleaching

I was bleaching the hair under my neck...(because I was told that its better than plucking). and i think i left it on for too long and i went into the shower straight after. I came out and I had black dots where the single hairs were. and a large-ish area under my neck is pale red...! will it get better? will it scar? and do u know how long it wil take to get better?
