Suggest Remedy For Reoccurring Red Spots On The Head Of Penis

I have re-occuring read spots on the head of my penis. The show up every few months for about 8 years now. I am uncircumcised and do work in the heat alot (they seem to show up more in hot weather). My wife has no symptoms. The spots do not hurt, burn or cause any discomfort at all.
