Suggest Remedy For Restlessness In Child When Suffering From Flu

I have 2.5 year old who has had a cold/flu (cough, runny nose, sneezing) since 2/9/15 recently a doctor checked her ears and said she wasn t concerned. She quit running her fever on around the 13th. Last night she ran a fever of 101 at the highest for a few hours and was sleeping very restlessly. Tonight she has a swollen gland on her left side (quite enlarged) and is saying her neck hurts. Her throat looks red but I cannot tell if her tonsils are enlarged or not she wants to sleep a lot and her fever only seems to hit at night. Is it something I should rush her into the E.R. for or should I just get her into her pediatrician tomorrow morning.
