Suggest Remedy For Right Abdominal Pain

Not sure if i should go to the doctors. I am 19 and have been experiencing riigh upper abdominal pain for the last 3months. The only way to describe it is like someone is sqeezing me just below my right rib. I have no other complaints apart from this pain which can go from a mild ache to very painful and can last from a few seconds to around 30 mins. I also have a pulsating type thing in this area just below my rib and next to my navel.
