Suggest Remedy For Rinoplasty Without Surgery

Hello Doctor,
I am Mukta Das, by grace of God, I have no major health problems, but I have a very fat & broad nose. I had contactd Dr Thomas ( Cosmetic surgon in Mumbai) for the same, but I am very scared of a surgery. Can you please help me with rinoplasty with out surgery, as I had read about it. I want it to be done at the earliest. Please guide for the same & its cost involved.
