Suggest Remedy For Rough Dry Skin On Both Ankles And Lower Part Of Legs

on both ankles and lower part of my legs l have rough dry skin which tends to weep slightly and is scab like my feet tend to swell during the day - l am a 60 year old male and have had poor circulation since l was 20 - although l have kept active this is causing difficulty in walking or exersice - hope you can help regards mike
