Suggest Remedy For Scabies

I am having trouble getting rid of scabies. I have tried ivermectin regularly but there always seems to be an egg or two that is not killed and so it starts again after a couple of weeks right near one of the old excoriations.
I even try putting neat flyspray on the skin around any new infections. Is it worth trying acetone in the same way, or are there other compounds that definitely work?
