My 6 yr old daughter wore a dress on a very hot day to Disney world, the result was chafing on her inner thighs. The chafing went away with some desitin but there is one spot that got rubbed more than the rest and it has a small scab on it. she picked teh scab off and now the sore is bothering her. What is the best way to heal the sore?
